Two arrested following break-in at George and Dragon pub in Chester

TWO men have been arrested following a break in at a Chester pub.

The 57-year-old man from Chester and a 56-year-old man from Liverpool were arrested outside the George and Dragon pub in Liverpool Road at 5.40am on Sunday, January 17.

A window was smashed at the pub and money taken from fruit machines inside.

The two men were arrested a short time later on suspicion of burglary.

The men were released on bail until February 12.
