Teenager charged with series of burglaries in Chester area

A TEENAGER has appeared in court charged with six burglary offences.

The 17 year-old youth was charged with four burglaries and two attempted burglaries in the Chester area on Friday, January 15.

On Friday, homes in Hoole Road, Lansdowne Road, Kingsmead, Bartholomew Way and Lache Lane were broken into or attempts were made to break into them.

The teenager appeared at Chester Magistrates court this morning (Monday, January 18) and was remanded in custody until his next court appearance at youth court on Tuesday, January 26.
