Chester Zoo announces details of its Orchid Days in February

CHESTER Zoo is to host an Orchid Days event on February 24-25.

The charity’s event, which is in its first year and ideal for enthusiasts, will showcase the zoo’s very own orchids, known to be the largest collection in the North West.

The two days will also highlight orchid biology, conservation and offer flower arranging with NAFAS.

While at the event within the zoo’s grounds, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a tour around the award winning gardens.

Tickets are £30 per person per day or £50 for both days. The price includes all materials for the practical session, tea and coffee and two course lunch with a glass of wine.
