JIVE dancers stepped out in style as gangsters and molls to raise money for Claire House Children’s Hospice on Saturday.
Dancers from across the region turned up at Whitby Sports and Social Club in Ellesmere Port.
The event was organised by Chester businessman Keith Mcmillan, of Ideal Computers in Northgate Street.
He has been organising events at the Whitby venue for two years and has donated £1,800 to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd and £2,700 to MacMillan Nurses.
His next event at the Whitby venue will be a St Valentine’s dance party on February 13.
He is also organising a casino night at D’Meltin Pot in Watergate Row, Chester, on January 22 for Claire House Children’s Hospice.
