A SALTNEY charity is helping a rugby ace rehabilitate after an injury.
Warrington Wolves hooker Jon Clarke is having a four-week programme of oxygen therapy at the MS Support Centre in Saltney.
Jon recently suffered a leg injury which has prevented him from playing, but has been having treatment in the oxygen chamber at the centre to help speed up his recovery.
MS Support Centre spokeswoman Katie Roebuck said: “The use of regular oxygen treatment provides relief for people with multiple sclerosis and also accelerates the healing process in a variety of other circumstances.”
Staff at the centre and the club will be monitoring Jon’s recovery and hope he is back to full fitness by the start of the season in February.
