Cheshire police will be working later to meet the demands of the Christmas break.

POLICE officers will be working later to meet the demand of the busy festive period.
Cheshire inner NPU will be working to ensure the CCTV will be used to its maximum potential.
Sgt Andy Pickup said: “This facility is a massive aid to the effective policing of the city centre.”
Cheshire police are also using powers which allows an officer to direct a person to leave a particular locality if it is believed that their presence is likely to lead to alcohol related crime. This can last up to 48 hours.
