A MAN is in a serious condition in hospital after he was involved in a collision with an articulated vehicle in Huntington last night (Thursday, December 17).
At 6.15pm police were called to the North Wales bound carriageway of the A55 at Huntington after a reports that a lorry had been in collision with a pedestrian.
The 36-year-old Wrexham manwas taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital in a serious condition.
Police spokeswoman Shelley Williams said: “The man is serious but stable and is making progress.”
The carriageway was closed for a number of hours to allow for road traffic collision investigation teams to examine the scene.
