Boughton Heath Primary School pupils learn about religions during inter-faith week
CHILDREN enjoyed learning about a range of religions with an inter-faith week at their school.
Pupils of Boughton Heath Primary School learned from five groups of five different faiths, before a special assembly at the end of the week.
Deputy headteacher Rachael Orme said: “We had different groups coming to visit, with representatives from Christian, Muslim, Baha’i, humanist and Quaker faiths.
“Pupils learned about the faiths, their traditions and sang songs, which culminated in a school assembly of collective worship.
“The pupils really enjoyed the week and found it very interesting.”
