Weaver Vale Primary School puplils visited Meadow Court day care centre in Frodsham on Friday

PRIMARY school pupils visited a pensioners day centre in Frodsham to sing a selection of Christmas nativity songs and handout presents.

The children from Weaver Vale Primary School, Ship Street, Frodsham, visited Meadow Court day care centre, Clifton Court on Friday.

Headteacher Kerry Jarvis said: “The first and second year children delighted the senior citizens by performing a selection of their Christmas nativity songs.

“They also took hampers and presented invitations to watch the dress rehearsal of the nativity performance ‘Mary’s Knitting’ and enjoy a Christmas lunch at the school.”
