Chester business leaders and charities met up at Eaton Park for a Chester Voluntary Action Business Aid event.

BUSINESS leaders discovered how they could help out Chester charities at a networking event at Eaton Park.

The Business Aid event, organised by Chester Voluntary Action in partnership with Aaron & Partners, gave 24 voluntary and community organisations in West Cheshire the opportunity to meet with more than 50 local business professionals, who were encouraged to give ‘time not money’ to groups.

Carol Berry, chief officer with Chester Voluntary Action, said: “The event was a fantastic success, enabling the businesses and charities who attended to explore ways of working together.”
