Author Kate Atkinson speaks to capacity crowd at 2009 Shell Chester Literature Festival

AWARD-winning novelist Kate Atkinson was welcomed by a capacity crowd at Chester’s Queen’s School during the 2009 Shell Chester Literature Festival.

The evening was sponsored by The Friends of Chester Literature Festival who enjoyed a drinks reception beforehand.

Chairman Gwen Cleverly introduced Kate who read from her latest book When Will There be Good News? and described herself as a ‘literary writer who sells well’.
