Former church in Saltney Ferry, Flintshire, to be sold at auction

A DILAPIDATED Presbyterian church is expected to attract interest from developers when it comes up for auction.

The run-down building in Saltney Ferry is expected to fetch in the region of £80,000.

The 0.17-acre plot on Saltney Ferry Road is around 2.5 miles from Chester city centre and 10 miles from Mold. The lot compromises three separate buildings and auctioneers believe it is ripe for development.

‘This is an exciting opportunity which will appeal to buyers who have the vision to maximise its potential,” said Tony Webber, spokesman for property auctioneers Eddisons..

The sale is taking place at The Fairways Lodge and Leisure Club, Prestwich, Greater Manchester, on November 3 at 2.30pm.
