Chester police appeal for owner of stolen bicycle to come forward

POLICE are appealing for the owner of a bicycle which has been found in Chester to come forward.

The bike is a black and red Trek 5500 with OCLV 120 carbon frame, air rail OD forks and Xero lite wheels.

It was found during a warrant which was executed at a house in the city and is believed to have been stolen.

PC Paul Tinson of the Chester Outer Neighbourhood Policing unit said: “This is quite a distinctive, high-spec, valuable bike and someone out there must be missing it.

“I would appeal for the owner or anyone who can identify the owner to come forward and contact Cheshire Police.”
