Triple garage, office and workshop approved in Threapwood

A PLANNED triple garage, office and workshop had permission in Threapwood.
The application was put forward at Sarn Bank House, Sarn Road by W Hall.
Planning officers at Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council were told the office would be for private use.
A two car garage at the detached two storey dwelling would be demolished.
Recommending the application should be approved they said the building would not be unacceptably detrimental to neighbours or to highway safety.
