New Cuddington and Sandiway PCSO already a hit

ONE of Cheshire’s newest police recruits is settling into her role – and is already a hit.

Sophie Baxter, 22, completed a degree in criminology at the University of Chester before becoming the dedicated PCSO for Cuddington and Sandiway last month.

“I’m really looking forward to getting to know the community,” she said: “I’m in the process of setting up regular surgeries so people can come and meet me and raise any concerns they have.”

Insp Phil Hodgson, head of the Western Rural Policing Team, said: "Sophie's taken to her job like a duck to water, she's a natural."

Sophie can be contacted on 0845 458 6393
