Children and adults can enjoy tales on the Sandstone Trail

CHILDREN and adults alike are invited to join the Journey Man, who will be walking the length of the Sandstone Trail over four days and telling the stories of the landscape.

At the end of every day the Journey Man will arrive at one of the Iron Age hillforts. His journey begins today (Thursday) at Maiden Castle, Bickerton Hill, meet in the Pool Lane car park, 7pm.

On the Friday he will be at Beeston Castle, meet in the car park at 7pm. On Saturday the journey ends at Kelsborrow Castle, Kelsall, meet at the Boot Inn, 4pm.

On Sunday story-telling will take place at the Woodhouse Hill, Frodsham, meet on the Trail at Ridgeway Lane, 3pm. For information visit www.habitatsandhillforts
