Unauthorised hardstanding leads to enforcement notice at Green Belt property in Ledsham

A CLAIM that unauthorised concrete hardstanding has been laid in Chester’s Green Belt has led to enforcement action.
The notice has been served by Cheshire West and Chester Council at Springfield on Ledsham Lane, Ledsham.
Officials argue the hardstanding has been put down without planning permission at some time during the last four years.
Officers stipulated it should be removed within three months.
