Morrisons store staff tested in Frodsham

EMPLOYEES waiting to start at a new Morrisons store in Frodsham have received top tips and training from experienced staff.

To ensure excellent customer service at the High Street store, which opens soon, ex-Co-op employees and newly recruited staff have received specific training for their roles, whether working as a fishmonger, checkout operator or fresh food counter assistant.

Jane Varley, head of retail training for Morrisons, said: “Morrisons is committed to bringing great customer service and shop keeping to the people of Frodsham and this thorough training will help us do that.”
