Agricultural building approved in Chester’s Green Belt

AN AGRICULTURAl building had approval in Chester’s Green Belt.

Applicants A R Fearnall Ltd told planning officers they were seeking permission for the stock building at Belgrave Moat Farm on Straight Mile, Pulford.

The building, measuring 31m by 20m, with a height of 4.8 m, would be within the farm complex, said a report.

The design and materials would match other buildings at the farm and there would be no increase in traffic.

Planning officers felt the build would not harm its surroundings and the agricultural use was appropriate in the Green Belt.
