IT WAS a great day for Windsor’s Cheese, who collected the Dean Challenge Bowl for Supreme Champion Cheese.
Windsor’s won the Champion Farmhouse Cheshire Cheese class, lifting the Westminster Challenge Trophy, and the Farmhouse Cheshire Federation Trophy for the best Farmhouse Cheshire Cheese in show.
Graham Windsor said: “We are absolutely delighted.
“The success is down to hard work and dedication from the whole team at The Lodge Farm, from Richard Pullen and Andrew Darlington working on the farm to the skills of the cheesemakers in the dairy, and Paul Holland and Guy Dimelow.
“We use milk from our own dairy herd which also contributes to these fantastic achievements.”
