Music student Caroline Palmer to sing in St John’s Church Chester

A MUSIC student from Chester is tuning up for a lunchtime concert in her home town.

Caroline Palmer, who is studying classical singing at London’s Guildhall School of Music and Drama, will sing at St John’s Church on Wednesday, July 8 at 12.45pm.

The Wednesday’s at One concert is part of Music in Chester.

The 23-year old singer is the daughter of soprano Diana Palmerston and baritone David Palmer.

She was a pupil at Upton Heath Primary School and The Hammond School in Hoole Bank Village.

She said: “I will be singing a mix of opera and classical songs as well as some music al theatre.”
