Christleton High hosting 50th anniversary for former pupils

STUDENTS, staff and governors, past and present, of a village high school shared their golden school day memories at an open day.
The event, at Christleton High, was part of the school’s 50th anniversary.
Celebrations so far have included a service of thanksgiving at Chester Cathedral and will culminate in a ball at Chester Racecourse on July 4.
A group of year 12 students have returned from a once-in-a-lifetime visit to Nepal where they combined trekking with a series of hands-on community projects.
A 160-page anniversary book, 50 Years of Christleton High School, has also been published.
