Motorcyclist suffered serious injuries after collision with HGV at Littleton

A 43 -year-old man has been seriously injured after his motorbike collided with a HGV in Littleton this morning (Friday, June 12).
The crash happened around 8am on the A51.
A 43 year old motorcyclist from Crewe was taken to the Countess of Chester hospital where he is being treated for serious injuries.
Cheshire Police closed the A51 at Stamford Bridge and traffic was redirected through Barrow up to Bridge Trafford.
The road was reopened at 9.10am.
