Frodsham man denies assaulting woman

A FRODSHAM man will appear at Northwich Magistrates Court after he denied assaulting a female.
Gary Ellis, 24, of Quay Side, pleaded not guilty to beating Lisa Dimelow on May 16 and will now return before magistrates on July 17 for a trial.
Ellis also denied using threatening behaviour towards the female including threats to kick a door and put his foot through a TV screen.
