Lee takes the plunge

DIVER Lee Herbert picked an unusual location to propose to girlfriend Sam Johnson – three metres underwater and surrounded by sharks!
Lee, 35, took the plunge, literally, during a shark dive with Sam, 24, in the 3.8 million litre Caribbean Reef display at the Blue Planet Aquarium at Cheshire Oaks.
The couple, who are from Greengate, Manchester both love the marine world but this was their first experience diving.
As they were underwater Lee’s proposal was written on a board that was handed to him by one of the Blue Planet dive team at the last minute.
The occasion was so overwhelming for Sam that she burst into tears underwater!
