Bungalow revamp

ALTERATIONS to a 1940s bungalow on the A41 have been approved. The application, in Chester's Green Belt, was put forward by Mr P Traynor at The Groves, Whitchurch Road, Waverton.Š
Mr Traynor originally sought approval for a first floor extension and an extension at the front of the bungalow.
The property has previously been extended with garage and kitchen extensions being permitted in 1988 and a conservatory in 1985.
Revised plans were sought by planning officers and the overall scale of the development was reduced, according to a report.Š
