Upton couple celebrate diamond wedding anniversary

A DIAMOND couple have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
William and Elizabeth Biggs, of Neston Drive, Upton, met at a dance in Tilston and were married at Shocklach Church, Malpas.
They have two daughters, four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and a step-great-grandchild.
William worked for Express Dairies while his wife Elizabeth spent 15 years at Cheshire County Council. The couple marked the occasion with a party at the Dene Hotel, in Hoole.
Mrs Biggs said: “The secret to a long and successful marriage is to just say yes and agree to everything!”
