Award winning chef Robert Kisby opens his own gastro-pub

AN AWARD-WINNING chef has taken over a Cheshire gastro pub.

Robert Kisby reopened Cabbage Hall, Little Budworth, on Saturday, calling it a a ‘fantastic property in a splendid location’.

He said: “I’m just delighted, this is perfect.Š

“It’s certainly a big challenge, but I’m looking forward to making my mark and bringing my personal style to Cabbage Hall.”

Mr Kisby has spent the past 27 years gaining a reputation as one of the North West’s finest chefs.

He took his personal style of cuisine to the Cock O’Barton, a 400-year-old coaching inn in Tattenhall, where his exceptional cooking brought the pub three awards in 18 months.
