Wine thief takes five bottles in two days

A THIEF stole five bottles of wine in two days.
Andrew Brian Thomas, 28, of Kensington Green, Saltney took two bottles of wine from The local in Handbridge on April 6 worth £19.98. The next day he returned to steal three more to a value of £22.97.
He was in breach of a suspended sentence imposed by Mold Crown court on March 19 for assault, breach of an anti social behaviour and another theft.
At Chester Magistrates Court on Thursday, prosecutor Debra Chan said he was caught on CCTV on both occasions.
He was sent to crown court for sentencing where he will appear on May 5.
