Four youths picked up walking along the A55 at Saltney

POLICE were called to Saltney on Thursday, April 2, after reports of youths on the A55.
Four youths were picked up by Cheshire Police about 10pm and taken back to their homes in Saltney.
Shelley Williams, of Cheshire Police, said: “We had to pick up the boys for their own safety.
“We were contacted by concerned members of the public as obviously it’s not a good idea to walk down a busy dual carriageway in the dark.”
No arrests were made.
