Blacon man fined for failure to remove waste around his home

A CHESTER man has been fined for failing to comply with a council order to clear rubbish and dog excrement around his home.
Jason Hall, of Shelley Road, Blacon, had been served with a Chester City Council abatement notice on July 11, 2008 to remove an accumulation of refuse at the rear of his property, as well as dog faeces in the front and rear of his premises.
Mr Hall pleaded guilty to the offence in Chester, Ellesmere Port and Neston Magistrates Court.
He was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs totalling £265.
