Muscle-man is new recruit

RECRUITMENT specialists, Gap personnel, are helping staff and clients to combat the flab with the ultimate makeover.

The local recruiter has employed the services of ‘muscle-man’ and Mr UK champion, Lukas Gabris, to help colleagues exercise-off their recent excesses.

Gap personnel’s MD, Gary Dewhurst, said: “The health and wellbeing of our people is of paramount importance to us. Healthy bodies lead to healthy minds. So it’s all very well sustaining strong company accounts, but if our workforce is lacking in vitality then we’re not working to our full potential.”

Lukas, a Chester-based body builder who has achieved national recognition for his healthy living and muscle-bound body, is now available for personal training sessions for all Gap personnel and clients.

The recruitment agency previously helped sponsor Lukas’ bid to become a global muscle man in last year’s Mr Universe competition and was so impressed the company has now employed him to offer individual healthy eating and exercise programmes.

Gary added: “We have received an overwhelming response from our staff and clients who have already signed up to a gruelling six-week programme. I’m also training with Lukas so he may have some competition soon!”
