Couple trapped in lift near Chester Racecourse

A MAN and a woman were trapped in a lift at the apartments by Chester Racecourse last night (Thursday, February 5).
Chester fire crews were called to the apartment block on New Crane Street at 7.30pm after residents reported that the lift was stuck.
The pair were quickly freed from the lift after being trapped for around 20 minutes.
