Chester man banned from entering Newtown areas

CHESTER residents are being asked to be vigilant against a 20-year-old man who is serving a two-year anti-social behaviour order.

Cheshire Police have issued a reminder that David Nathan Jones, from Chester, is banned from entering certain areas of Newtown.

They are also asking for members of the public to contact them if he is seen is the following areas: Black Diamond Street, Talbot Street, Cornwall Street, Lyon Street, Gloucester Street, Trafford Street and part of St Anne

Street.

He is also prevented from touching, entering or attempting to enter any motor vehicle except public transport without the owner’s permission or entering the Co–op store on Walker Street in Hoole.

Police report that Jones received his ASBO for abusive, intimidating and threatening behaviour and for committing criminal offences. The ASBO ends on Saturday, December 5.
