HQ development in Chester gathering pace
A PHOTOGRAPH taken this week of Chester’s iconic HQ complex from The Roodee shows the 250,000sq ft development is making significant progress.
The £80m project, which is creating 1,000 jobs, includes a luxury hotel with signature restaurants and a range of apartments and penthouses built around a central piazza with views of the racecourse.
Liberty Properties, which is responsible for the project, says the scheme is on schedule for completion in August 2009.
The showcase of the development is The Abode hotel, which will have 80 rooms and a Michael Caines restaurant on the top floor.
