Couple charged with growing almost £7,000 worth of cannabis

A MAN and a woman have been placed on conditional bail after they were charged with a growing almost £7,000 worth of cannabis at a house in Tarvin.
Duncan Hine, 31, of Kelsall, and Victoria Healey, 31, of Tarvin, are both charged with cultivating the class C drug and possession with intent to supply.
The pair appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday (November 7) and offered no plea.
Both defendants will now appear before Chester magistrates on Friday, January 9 for a committal hearing.
