Tarvin couple charged with drug offences

A POLICE raid carried out in May has led to a Tarvin couple being charged with drug offences.
Victoria Healey, 31, was charged with allowing production of cannabis at her home in Heath Road, Tarvin and her partner Duncan Hine, also 31, was charged with posession of cannabis with intent to supply.
The couple will appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on November 7.
