TWO teenagers from Chester were left with broken limbs after a crash in Whitby.
The collision between a Vauxhall Vectra and Vauxhall Corsa happened at 11.07pm on Friday, September 19 at Chester Road’s junction with Strawberry Drive.
Police arrested the occupants of the Vectra and are appealing for witnesses.
Cheshire Police spokeswoman Rachel Hayes said: “A 21-year-old male from the Whitby area was arrested on suspicion of failing to stop after a road traffic collision and a 20-year-old male from the Ellesmere Port area was arrested on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent.
“They were released on police bail until November 6 pending further enquiries.”
A 19-year-old and 18-year-old from the Chester travelling in the Corsa received broken limbs as a result of the collision.
