We want justice for our mother

A family will now fight for compensation for the death of their mother in a head-on crash.

Georgina Spencer, daughter of Lynda Williams, 45, of Frodsham, believes Cheshire coroner Nicholas Rheinberg was wrong not to record a verdict of unlawful killing, because the other driver, Jamie Davidson, 19, of Elton, was on the wrong side of the road.

Solicitor David Dutton, representing the Williams family, said: “We are bringing a civil claim. The evidence shows the accident was his fault.”
