Olé! Daniela is exam star at 12
A SCHOOLGIRL achieved an A* grade in her Spanish exam – at 12 years old.
Daniela Hyatt, of Handbridge, who attends nearby Queen’s Park High School, did have a slight advantage as she was born in Spain, only returning to the UK two years ago.
Her mum, Sheila, said: “We were a bit worried that Daniela would lose the language and accent so we approached West Cheshire College, who recommended a Spanish tutor, who was wonderful. It was her who recommended Daniela for the GCSE.
“She took it all in her stride and was more worried about sitting with the 16 and 17-year-olds than the exam!”
