Driver arrested after crash in Mollington

A MAN has been arrested after crashing a car into a hedge.

The 26-year-old local man and a male passenger were both taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital for treatment after the car, a red Hyundai, overturned on Parkgate Road, Mollington just after 5am on August 26.

A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: “The driver gave a positive breath test at the scene and was arrested. Both men were taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital and were treated for minor injuries.”
