Children go wild at Jungle Jamboree in Tarporley

THERE was a rumble in the jungle in Tarporley.
A Jungle Jamboree holiday club was run by Tarporley Baptist and Methodist Church for primary-age children.
Led by church member Glyn Parker, who was assisted by volunteers, the week-long event offered crafts, drama, quizzes, Bible time, songs and refreshments.
Six teams of children took great delight in dressing up as elephants, monkeys, toucans, bees, chameleons and giraffes.
The fun culminated in a service and barbecue.
