Driver claims he was forced off the A51 at Tarvin

A DRIVER has alleged he was forced off the road and into a ditch – but police have closed the case.
The man’s silver Renault estate went off the road and through a fence on the A51 near Tarvin Roundabout on Thursday morning, August 7.
He suffered minor cuts to his arm and was taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital to treat the bleeding.
His car, which was undriveable, was pulled out of the undergrowth at about 7.50am. The A51 remained open.
He claims a black BMW forced him off the road and did not stop but police are not taking the matter further.
