Teacher’s Orient gift
A RETIRING headteacher will head to London in style.
Richard Thomas, of Barrow Primary School, will travel aboard the Orient Express with wife Mair.
The trip was a gift from the school after 17 years of service. Past pupils and staff were invited to a celebration and the children performed a concert. A special service was held at St Bartholemew’s Church in Barrow.
