Mercian Regiment parade through Cheshire town postponed

A MILITARY parade planned for Tuesday, July 15 in Ellesmere Port town centre has had to be postponed due to a scheduling confusion.
Soldiers who have just returned from active duty will now be able to take a well-deserved break.
The newly formed Mercian Regiment will march through the town to celebrate the awarding of Freedom of the Borough in the early autumn.
Full details will be announced nearer the time.
