Three men arrested in brawl outside nightclub

POLICE arrested three men after a fight outside a Chester night club on Saturday.

Cheshire police were called to self-styled “boutique” nightclub Cruise, which opened last month, on St John Street, in the city centre after a fight broke out.

Spokesperson Rachel Hayes said: There was an assault that took place. We were called at 11.07pm on Saturday, June 28 to St John Street to reports of a fight outside Cruise nightclub. As a result three men were arrested for affray.”

Two of the men, both aged 20 and from Chester, were bailed to August 18 and a 23-year-old man from Ellesmere Port was bailed to July 30 pending further enquiries.
