A TEENAGER who entered an ASBO exclusion zone twice has been arrested.
David Nathan Jones, 19, was given a two-year Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) on December 6 last year for abusive, intimidating and threatening behaviour, and committing numerous criminal offences.
The ASBO was due to run until December 5 next year, but he has already committed two violations of the terms.
Last year, Chester Magistrates Court ordered Jones not to enter a large area of Newtown including Black Diamond Street, Talbot Street, Cornwall Street, Lyon Street, Gloucester Street, Trafford Street and part of St Anne Street.
But he has entered the exclusion area on two separate occasions and was immediately arrested.
Inspector Mel Williams, of Chester Inner Neighbourhood Policing Unit, said: “I would like to thank the members of our communities who advised us about these breaches which the court will now deal with.”
Last December Jones was also ordered by Chester Magistrates Court not to enter the Co-Op Store, Walker Street, Hoole, Chester.
He was prohibited, within England and Wales, from deliberately touching, entering, or attempting to enter in or on any motor vehicle, except public transport without the consent of the owner or registered keeper.
