Fire crew saves two-year-old girl from locked bedroom

A TWO-year-old girl was saved by firefighters after she accidentally locked herself in the bedroom.

After trying to free her themselves, her parents phoned Cheshire Fire Service who turned out to the address on Aldford Road, Upton, Chester, on Friday, May 16. They used a ladder to get through the third floor window and free the frightened girl.

One firefighter said: “She was a little bit upset seeing a big burly fireman going through the window!”
