New facilities for city primary

A SCHOOL in Hoole has added a new look to its premises with the opening of a pre-school facility.

Hoole CE Primary on Hoole Lane created the new department, named Hetty Preschool, with help from Hoole Enterprise Time For Youth.

The school celebrated the opening with Cheshire County Council’s chief executive Jeremy Taylor, and director of education Geoff Turnbull who declared the new facility open.

School headteacher and Hetty trustee, Judith Sharman, is excited about the addition: “We were delighted to have Jeremy Taylor and Geoff Turnbull here to celebrate the official opening of Hetty’s extended services.

“Hetty will be offering pre-school, before, after and holiday club and parenting support. The broad services, we hope, will give our families rich and exciting opportunities.”
