Mother of four found dead in Tarporley

A MOTHER of four has been found dead in the cellar of her Cheshire home.

Janet Alderman, 42, lived at Rode Street, Tarporley, was found by her sister at about 1pm on Thursday, April 17.

Janet’s mother said: “The nursery phoned at about 12.30pm to say Janet had not picked up her daughter. Her sister went to Janet’s house at about 1pm and phoned her husband to come and break in to the house.

“The cellar door was open and the light was off. She went down and found her.”

She had four children aged 16, 14, 12 and three.

Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Nigel Parr said: “There will be an inquest but there are no suspicious circumstances.”
